Unlike our recurring clean, which maintains an already clean home, a one-time clean tackles the buildup that accumulates over weeks or months: baseboards, window sills, light fixtures, cabinet fronts and other easy to miss spots get the detailed attention they need. Every room is cleaned top to bottom so nothing is overlooked.

    A thorough one-time clean resets your home to a baseline that’s far easier (and cheaper) to maintain, whether you continue with occasional touch ups or move into a regular weekly or bi-weekly cleaning schedule with us.

  • Our Weekly and Bi-Weekly cleans focus on maintaining a clean home, tailored to your home and your needs. Living areas and bedrooms are dusted and vacuumed. Kitchen counters and appliances are wiped down. Stove top and sink are cleaned. Floors are vacuumed and mopped. Bathrooms surfaces, floors, toilets and showers are cleaned each time.

  • This clean is designed to get the home ready for the next family. Every surface is cleaned so that the next people that live in the home have a fresh start. This includes the interior and exterior of large kitchen appliances, carpets shampooed, bathrooms cleaned very thoroughly and more.

Pricing

We believe in simple, transparent and straightforward pricing.

We charge $55.00 per man hour for our cleaning services.

Every home size and level of mess is unique so pricing varies per home.

For new recurring clients we are currently offering 10% off of your 3rd scheduled clean!
